We want you to absolutely love your purchase! 💕 If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Returns must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. Once your return is approved and received, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (when available) or for another product of equal value. Because many of our pieces are handmade or limited in quantity, exchanges depend on current inventory availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and custom design reasons, all earrings, personalized items, and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Pleas include cler photos, and/or videos of the damaged item(s) as your proof. We are unable to honor request submitted after the 24 hour window.
